"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"It was a disastrous decision to stay in this hotel. This is not more than a cheap lodge. You will experience urine smell everywhere. Staffs have no etiquettel. This hotel is mainly used by bachelor's for drinking purpose. I couldn't stay for more than 1 hour."

"Stay was netural , AC room was mentioned but alloted non AC room ( instead single room with 2 x double bed given 2 rooms with double bed in each room ), Breakfast was included in offer but when reach told it's not applicable for kids above 5 years age so had to pay extra for kids breakfast . Better for solo traveller , for family would not prefer . "

"Pictures are very deceiving ..this property sould be 1 star or less..very poorly maintained ..water leaking on bathroom floor ...location middle of nowhere..very dirty towel and bed linens ..blankets had all kind of stains on it ..had to ask for toilet tissue 3times finally brought paper napkins as they ran out of the toilet tissue ...property desperately in need of renovation many other good hotelsin mt abu better choice"

"Extremely terrible condition of the hotel. Mattress and furniture in the rooms were extremely damaged condition. Linen and towels were in the were very sticky, dirty and stained, The room we stayed didn’t had a water heater. After arguing front desk, we got other dirty room’s bathroom for shower. Health department should regularly visit this kind of terrible, moldy place for people health and safety. "
