Cosy house "Broda", 2 storeys. In the resort 500 m from the centre of Achenkirch, in a central, quiet position, 1 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. In the house: sauna, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 200 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery, café 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Achenkirch Gemeindeamt" 1 km, railway station "Jenbach" 18.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, lake Achensee 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 600 m, walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Achensee 5 m, AirRofan & Adlerhorst, Atoll Achensee 12 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Christlum 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee 1 km. Hiking paths: Alpenpark Karwendel. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Very beautiful, of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.
