"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price. However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."

"I was unable to travel to Ghana due to a bereavement in my family. On 9 April, I contacted Hill View Hotel to request a change to my booking dates. Unfortunately, my message was not acknowledged. I also attempted to reach the hotel by phone, but received no response. I followed up with a second message via Expedia, and again received no reply. I have stayed at Hill View Hotel on previous visits to Accra, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. The lack of communication and customer support in this situation fell well below expectations. As a result, I will not be staying at the hotel again."
