"Outstanding stay - free transfer from airport on demand; checked us in early - before 12noon - and gave us a free room upgrade. Even transferred us to our off-airport car rental firm the following morning for free. Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We slept well! The fresh milk brought up for our tea & coffee was also a really nice touch. All in all, exceptional for an airport hotel."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Christchurch. The apartment was very modern, spotlessly clean, and had a truly spectacular view. Everything was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, making it both comfortable and relaxing. After traveling around New Zealand for a full month and staying in several places, this was by far the best accommodation we rented on our entire trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way and made our time in Christchurch even more memorable."

"The gentleman at the front desk (manager) was very accommodating and helpful. It was our first time in Christchurch and he took the time to give us some guidance on where to go and visit for the few days we stayed there.It's a short distance form the airport which made it very convenient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thankful that room was complete with appliances I needed - iron,hair dryer,fridge, microwave, coffee pot,etc. Lastly, same manager was kind enough to drop off a bag we had accidentally left at our room when we rushed to the airport for our departure flight early in the morning.. Wish I had gotten his name. Thank you so much! "
