"Oh my gosh this place was awesome!! It was so nice and quiet, it’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled but they have done an amazing job! I feel like the bad reviews were because of other people staying there were not considerate of others but that’s no fault on the hotel. We would 110% stay here again when visiting my family. Judge for yourself, we stayed at a hotel in Boise two nights before here and it was horrible with better reviews and a lot more expensive! It was also so nice at this hotel to be in walking distance of several places to eat! The mill is amazing and growlers has awesome pizza, the bistro was also amazing! Give this hotel a try, you won’t be sorry!"

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Evergreen, and I really enjoy it. It has been renovated, so it feels clean, comfortable, and fresh. I love the décor and the new design. The indoor pool and hot tub are amazing because the weather never interferes with my family being able to enjoy them. I also love having coffee in the morning in the new café area — it’s very nice. I definitely recommend it."

"The Summit House property was absolutely beautiful! The pictures are great and descriptive but the property in person is much more than expected! This is a brand new home and the hosts are still fine tuning by adding window coverings and kitchen staples. However, that should not be a deterrent when booking this property! There is so much space for large multi-generational families or several couples. Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had more than enough room to spread out. Space for large dinners, movie night, game night or quiet evenings on the large patio.The only thing that could have assisted with our stay is a manual or book to help with miscellaneous things like using the stove/oven, popcorn popper and tv’s. Again, nothing that should deter from this beautiful home! Thank you for the wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again!Leoni Family"

"We loved this place! It is quiet and peaceful. The house it gorgeous. Everything is well done and new. Plenty of room and well stocked. Felt like I was at my own house which it a bug deal in a VRBO. There were 3 different TVS, full kitchen and laundry, game room for kids and a great back yard area with a fire pit. Only about 12 minutes to town, the grocery store, restaurants and the lake/marina. Spacious, clean, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
