The property is a 3-floor level building, your private bedroom+bath will be on the 1st floor by itself.. while other rooms are on the 3rd floor occupied by me. The 2nd floor will be our shared space where the kitchen/parlor/pantry/patio is. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
