"This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Eric at check-in was exceptional; polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for our entire stay and just seemed like an all-around great guy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of great options to start the day. The location of the Hampton Inn Downtown Boise was also fantastic, convenient, walkable, and perfect for exploring the city. To make our stay even more special, the team surprised us with a thoughtful little gift for our 25th wedding anniversary — such a kind touch that meant a lot to me. We can’t wait for our next stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boise!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very big and clean. It’s a quick walk to downtown or a very inexpensive Uber ride. The lobby lounge is very nice, with a bar, food, and plenty of seating! This is a great place to stay in Boise! "

"The apartment was clean, is in a great location, and offered complimentaries that often are absent (coffee with all the trimmings, toiletries, extra towels, no religated to one trash bag, etc.). Communication from host was great, but overall check-in/check-out process is a little tricky for people less versed with homeshare. Would totally recommend and stay again! "
