"I stayed here one night before flying out. Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. I had an early flight and was on the 5AM shuttle, and the driver was very courteous."

"The location was great but the yelling guest and housekeeping trying to enter your room at 9:00am while you were sleeping is totally unacceptable. They should know that checkout is not until before 12pm. The bed was horrible!!!!!!!"

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"I am disabled and booked a room with a roll in shower. When I arrived they said they didn’t have any available handicap rooms because they were all booked out, even though I had this reservation for well over a week in advance. Then they claimed they could clean a handicap room and give it to me. So I waited hours. Once in the room, my partner decided to shower first. The roll in shower wasn’t pitched correctly and the entire bathroom filled with water. We went to the front desk to tell them and the man gave us some extra towels and told us there was nothing he could do for us. They didn’t even send down house keeping to help. My partner was in his hands and knees for an hour soaking up water. I couldn’t help because I’M PARALYZED (hence the need for the roll in shower. The front desk admitted this bathroom floods. Why would you give a disabled person a bathroom that floods? It was so dangerous. I was so lucky my partner showered first. So I was unable to even go into the bathroom for almost 5 hours while the water evaporated and I never got a shower. Front desk people didn’t care at all. It was awful and so degrading. "
