Saat 16.00 da geldik hala odalarımız hazır değildi 2 oda almıştık eğer yarım saat beklerseniz belki yakın odalar verebiliriz dediler daha sonra oda hazır olduğunda sanki lütfeder gibi bakın daha erken verdik diye ukala ukala konuştular saat 14.00 da hazır olmamak gerek. Odayı beklemek istememiz onları neden rahatsız etti anlamadık.2 oda büyük çift kişilik oda almamıza rağmen bir oda 2 tek kişilik yataktı.Odanın birini ertesi gün temizlemediler sorunca da ayrıca temizleme talep etmeniz gerekiyor dediler ki böyle birşey olmadığını herkes bilir.Yani resepsiyondaki görevliler kesinlikle kabaydı hiç memnun kalmadık

Harika bir otel. Lokasyonu cok iyi, park yeri mevcut. Çok temiz, bakimli ve ferah. Odalar cok konforlu ve genis. Yatak cok rahat ve boyutu harika. Spa alani tertemiz ve kullanisli. Sadece jakuzinin bir kismi arizali diye dusunuyorum ya da biz calistiramadik ama tesis cok temiz ve huzurlu. Tum personel cok güler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Gold uye ayricaliklarindan da gercekten yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Odamiza guzel bir not ve atistirmalik tatlilar birakilmisti. Bu galiba hotels.com ile Türkiye'de kaldigim otellerde ilk defa karsilastigim bir durum. Gercekten tebrik ediyorum. Tekrar Adana'ya gelsem kesinlikle kalacagim ve gelenlere de onerecegim bir otel.

sigara içilmeyen odada sigara kokusu

Sigara içilmeyen kattaki odamızda ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. Otel personeli değişiklik konusunda yardımcı oldular, ama daha "sigara içmediğiniz için teşekkürler" yazısından daha sıkı tedbirler alınmalı. Girişte sigara içilen oda ister misiniz diye sorulmasına rağmen içilmeyen oda talep edip bir de sigara içmek nasıl bir mantıktır zaten anlamış değilim.

Çok güzel konforlu bir odaydı. Yatağın kenar tahtaları odaya girdiğim anca yerinden kopup yere düştü. Sanırım daha önce kırılmış ve sağlam yenilenememişti. Onun dışında konforlu yatak yastıklar duş, wc her şeyiyle güzel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı nedense beklediğim performansta değildi.
