The room was impeccably clean, modern and the level of service was truly refined.The staff were exceptionally attentive a standard of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bellboy Emre were outstanding. A special mention to Mihrap from housekeeping, whose professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional and elevated the entire experience.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Wonderful, spacious bathroom. Great selection and good quality breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Adana.

A not so hidden gem 😊

Stayed here two nights during college friends reunion. It was a hotel already selected by a friend so I didn’t really now what to expect although this is a good and well established hotel brand in Türkiye. I was much pleasantly surprised with a lot of things: the courteous service at the reception desk, the room’s spaciousness and condition, the housekeeping meticulous ness, the large Turkish bath style shower (yeah I know it doesn’t make sense but you should see it) we found in the bathroom (we found because it looked like a regular shower cabin door but opened into a much larger, “shower room”). The hotel’s location is also very convenient. I would choose this hotel next time as well, when I’m in the area. No need to try other global chains (which I am sure also offer similar amenities).

Was here for a wedding. Everything about this place was exceptional. The lunch was outstanding. Pool. Gym. Hamam if you want. Bed and size of room would be 1000 in Manhattan where I live. Ordering lunch was difficult when you want to be specific since no English other than front desk.
