"This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. Great buffet breakfast too"
