Excellent service, lovely rooms and I never eat hotel breakfast but here the breakfast is fabulous! Traditional Ethiopian dishes.

The hotel is lovely. The room was clean and large. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and changed up day to day. Most important was the staff. Amazing. Friendly and helpful. Helpful with things outside the hotel like banking and tours. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I had a fabulous vacation.

Good hotel that has seen better days. It used to be my company hotel of choice but there are a lot of other hotels to choose from. The dining options has deteriorated over time but the staff are friendly.

I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family. The shuttle service was punctual, the front of house staff was remarkable. Every single interaction we had with anyone working at the hotel was filled with kindness and warmth. We would always book this hotel over any other. Thank you.

location is great, one of the movie measures named Jessie was very helpful and cocker usually we had problems hurry up which was absolutely good. but Saturday morning manager, I got his name, wasn't too cooperative about keeping the same room. overall experience was good with all other staff members

This is not a 5 star property!!! Id give them 3 stars because Im generous. I don't who they pay to give these 5 star reviews, but its rigged! I should have known from the get go it was going to be ghetto. The seatbelt in the front seat van that picked us up wasn't broken. Potholes and stray dogs and homeless people outside the property. They have men outside the property who tried to take my friend to a brothel. It took 40minute for them to check me in, after getting in from a long flight and i already had a reservation. Theres was only 1 person at the front desk..
