Clean room, nice views and friendly staff. Samrawit (manager) is very pleasant, along with the front desk persons. Steam room is nice (although sauna wasn't as hot as is should be), gym is adequate. Walking distance to most things in Bole. Good value for the money.

I like the receptionist smile ,communication skills and helpful attitude.All people who work in the hotel are great , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean.Good food and friendly staff in the restaurant. The bar is very good and friendly people. They definitely deserve 5 star hotel .

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed for over two weeks during my first visit to Addis Ababa, and by the end, it felt like leaving family. The staff truly make this hotel exceptional. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff—was warm, kind, and professional. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and varied options each morning. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one stands out for its service and hospitality. The location is also a major plus—convenient, safe, and close to restaurants and shops. I chose it based on reviews and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. It offers great value and a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again.

The people the full staff the restaurant personnel the room cleaners the bell boys and especially the managers at the hotel when I arrived I was not dressed accordingly but still they looked through that and received as a black person which meant the world to me thank you again and when I return that will be the only hotel I will be staying at

1. Breakfast menu was excellent, fresh and spicy! 2. Staff were cordial and knew their job. Greeted you and smiled often. 3. Bar, I did not patronize it but never saw it crowded. 4. Rooms were clean but need to add wash cloths as part of the bath towels.
