Have fun with your travel group at our stylish modern 3 bedroom unit. Walk out the door and you are absolute beachfront. Under cover car park, full kitchen facilities, walk in shower, dining, lounge areas and a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area. Full ocean views from the main bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine, beach towels provided for use. Tap filtered water, games, use of stand up paddle board and 2 person kayak. 3 units available Sandy feet 1,2,3 for groups.

The Neighborhood:
We are 10m from the bike track / walking track that takes you all the way to North Haven, for all your exercise needs. Beach entry 10m from your door, please do not climb over the dunes. Semaphore Surf club is a 10 minute walk where you can enjoy meals and drinks on Thursday and Friday nights enjoying the awesome sunset views from the deck. Crux coffee shop is a 5 minute walk based on Military Road and the block of shops have a Hairdresser and Massage therapist. West lakes shopping centre is a 5 minute drive or you can catch the bus on Military road. Point Malcolm reserve has tennis courts, basketball court, playground and free bbqs for use and undercover picnic tables. 32 minute walk to Semaphore Road. Where there are cafes, restaurants, Food land supermarket, IGA, chemist, pubs, bottle shop, nail boutique, ice cream
shop and much more. On the semaphore beach front is the carousel a playground, mini golf, water slide and a gorgeous jetty. Adelaide CBD is a 20 minute drive or 45 minute bus ride. The closest train station is Ethelton station a 5 minute drive with free parking and a 35 minute walk. The train takes you to Adelaide CBD approximately 25 minute ride to Adelaide Railway station.

We have 3 units at the complex. Sandy feet 1 has 3 bedrooms. Sandy Feet 2 is upstairs and has 2 bedrooms. Sandy Feet 3 upstairs has 2 bedrooms. We can potentially accommodate up to 14 people over the 3 units subject to availability. Good for family / friendship groups that wish to have their own space and also be at the same destination. Sandy Feet 1 has a blow up paddle board and blow up 2 person kayak with life jackets for use. Tennis racquets and balls to use at Point Malcolm Reserve a short walk along the beach path. Bocci, cards, games, beach cricket set and kids beach set with bucket and spade etc.

Great unit that was very clean with spacious bedrooms and lovely kitchen. The access to the beach was fantastic. Lovely and quiet area for the time of year we stayed.

This place had everything we needed as a family of 5. Clean, spacious, air con and fans for the heat, soft linen and towels, and even sand toys for the kids! The only downside was not many shops/restaurants around, but we found a coffee shop in walking distance and it was only a short car ride to lots of food options. We highly recommend this place!

The interior was modern, clean and comfortable. Close to all the activities we planned for our three-day stay. The host was very responsive to minor issue.
We loved the property as the managers have everything and don’t skimp. The basics of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, enough toilet paper etc. good quality bedding, towels, kitchen equipment makes this place awesome. We used the paddle board and kayak this time and had a ball. Beds are comfy. Absolute beachfront is awesome. Can be a little noisy from people upstairs but not enough that we were worried about it. Highly recommend.

The apartment is clean, bright, well stocked and right on the beach a few kilometre walk from the main part of Semaphore. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and an amazing view of the beach with easy beach access. The beds are super comfortable and the linen great quality.
Lovely, clean, well presented property with an ocean view. The bed was really comfortable. I would highly recommend to others.

Beautifully presented property, super comfortable and all the conveniences you might want. Immaculately clean and fantastic communication. All very easy, which made for a really enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, straight out the front door and onto the beachfront path.
