Welcome to your comfortable two-storey escape in beautiful Mitcham. The ground level features an inviting living room with plush seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV (antenna connected) for relaxed nights in. Adjacent is a generous dining area for up to 8, perfect for shared meals or remote work spread-outs.



Food lovers will appreciate the fully equipped Miele kitchen, complete with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, small appliances, and all the cookware you need—well beyond the basics.



All three bedrooms are upstairs:



Master: King bed, TV, wardrobe.



Bedroom 2: Double bed, drawers.



Bedroom 3: Two single beds—great for kids, friends, or flex sleeping.



The main bathroom includes a shower, full bathtub, vanity, and toilet. A powder room is located downstairs for convenience. Laundry (washer/dryer).
