Both bedrooms continue the easy, breezy feel. The primary queen room is calm and sun-kissed, while the second bedroom is bright and upbeat with a single bed, a wardrobe and a compact desk for planning the next adventure. The bathroom is fresh and practical with a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and washer, making longer stays simple. Split-system heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, and the undercover carport makes coming and going stress-free.

Tennis racquets, balls, and beach toys are available for guests to use during their stay. Please note: the apartment is on the second floor and accessed by stairs.

Set along Broadway in Glenelg South, the apartment places you steps from a relaxed local dining strip. Mediterranean Café Ristorante, Oliveti and The Organik are just a short walk away, while Seafaring Fools, Fools Burger and other casual favourites add to the easy, village-like feel of the area. A 14-minute walk leads you to the golden sands of Glenelg Beach and the much-loved Broadway Kiosk.

A four-minute drive brings you to Glenelg Jetty and Moseley Square, home to beachfront bars, restaurants, boutique shopping and family-friendly entertainment. For a fun day out, West Beach Adventure is only an eight-minute drive away, featuring a multi-tiered climbing frame, elevated observation deck and kid-friendly zip lines. Adelaide Airport is also conveniently close—around 12 minutes by car.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You’re welcome to enquire about the pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after your reservation is confirmed. Alternatively, we can arrange mid-stay professional cleaning, including fresh linen — please contact us for pricing.

Please note: the BBQ must be cleaned and returned to the condition it was in upon your arrival. If not, an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged after check-out.
