Any extra days that you may like to add to your stay at Bassett Cottage- the daily rate may differ from the original booking daily rate as we use a dynamic pricing model.

Guests will be required to pay the rebooking price, which may include a higher room rate (we use dynamic pricing).

Lost Key/Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply at $220 call first for availability. We cannot guarantee spare key delivery- subject to our availability at the time.

Emergency locksmith services will be the guest's responsibility and cost.

Please ensure that the TV remote and air conditioner remotes are not removed from the property, and you will be charged at replacement cost if found missing upon checkout.

Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any breakages or damages incurred during their stay, and any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning and a 'fair use' policy.
