Spread across three levels, this modern townhouse is designed for easy shared living with space to retreat when needed.
The second level is where everyone naturally comes together. Light-filled living and dining spaces wrap around an open-plan kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather, and unwind. Sliding doors lead to a covered main balcony for morning coffee or relaxed meals, while a second balcony on the opposite side offers another outdoor spot to step out and reset.
The third level is reserved for rest. The primary bedroom features a super king bed and private ensuite, creating a calm retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms sit alongside it—one with a queen bed and another with two single beds—with the queen bedroom opening to its own private balcony. This level also includes a dedicated workspace for work or study, along with the main bathroom for added convenience.
On the first level, the fourth bedroom with a queen bed offers added separation, ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. A bathroom and laundry on this level add convenience, particularly for longer stays.
Across all levels, central heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, with secure garage parking available for up to two cars.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
