The measurements for the sofa bed are 196cm x 82cm. Due to the L-shaped design and fixed head section (long part), the sofa bed does not open fully into a perfectly flat 196 cm sleeping surface. The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests, though it is most comfortable for 5, especially when using the sofa bed for long periods.

This is a quiet residential tower. We strictly prohibit parties, smoking, or any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. Non-compliance with our regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damage or extra cleaning.
Long Stays: For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $150. For extended stay, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property, keeping it in tip condition throughout your stay.
