Great place to stay for a family with young children. But if you're Asian you might not get as great level of service Ive been here twice now and at first i thought it was just a misunderstanding from my part but the 2nd time confirmed it. See it for yourself.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The park has amazing facilities that the staff are clearly very proud of (and should be). Great location for our stay. Thank you!

Great park so many accommodation options friendly helpful staff excellent public transport So much to do at the park loved the outdoor theatre bar food services Highly recommend staying here

I liked the pool area. Great spot for both adults and kids. Pools, waterslide, bistro. Great atmosphere. I was disappointed that the free wifi didn’t connect to our devices for more than 30 seconds at a time.

Went to use the side plates and under the third plate was a filthy dirty plate with food all over it. Internet was terrible- had to hotspot instead No tissues in the apartment was ridiculous

Place was good and clean. Great spot for the kids. We stayed in a retreat cabin which was a great size for our family of 4. Very handy having 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately the beds were terrible. Very hard and uncomfortable. Also the blinds on the bedroom windows were useless. They are the roll down ones but as soon as the sun is up the room is bright so no sleeping in later then 6:00am as it was just too bright. Block out certain would be a much better option.

Perfectly sized room to have a couple of kids in for a few days. The ensuite is well set out and the tub is just the right size. The breakfast basket we purchased was perfect for a couple of mornings.

Would not stay here again. Very overpriced, over $700 for a 2 night stay, the apartment was average we were expecting a much nicer apartment for this price. The staff were not overly helpful, we were charged extra to use a tennis racquet or basketball to use the below average 'games room', gym facilities very poor, most of the equipment was either damaged or out of order. Ground floor poolside apartment not private (anyone using the pool can see straight into your apartment so you either have to have curtains closed at all times or be prepared for no privacy) and you can hear footsteps and voices from the apartment above.

It was a great holiday. Unfortunately it came just as everything was closing down because of the Coronavirus. It was not the parks fault. Just put a dampner on the holiday which could not have been foreseen or helped.

We loved the fact that the pool was at our door. We could have dinner and watch a movie. It is also close the Flinders Medical centre. We also had to stay an extra night at the last minute and the team were extremely helpful in accommodating this.

place to chill out and unwind
Good location with great facilities and friendly staff. Lots of greenery and quiet environment and we enjoyed our stay. Our ensuite cabin was well equipped although the wifi strength was rather weak, at times. A wonderful place to chill out if you are planning for a family holiday outing. The surrounding can be quite dark at night without sufficient lights to guide us when we walked from the main entrance to our cabin.

This place is the absolute best to stay at if you are a family looking for somewhere clean and convenient, and it is wonderful for the kids to be able to be outdoors and you feel safe knowing they are safe on the play ground or the pool/water slides. We love it there!
