Ochre Point Beach House

Modern two Storey Moana beach house with uninterrupted sea views and open plan kitchen/living area. The upstairs balcony and BBQ area is the perfect place to watch the sun set following a short walk to the beach via the private access to walking trails. The property is also a short 10 minute drive to the heart of McLaren Vale where you can experience South Australia's world class wine region.


The beach house is the perfect place for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, stove top and fridge/freezer with inbuilt ice maker. The upstairs balcony has plenty of outdoor seating and a Weber Family Q BBQ. Included are basic breakfast provisions- tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread and spreads. Inside the house you'll find modern furnishings and large bedrooms including a spa bath in the ensuite adjoining the master bedroom and walk in robes/built in wardrobes. The upstairs living area has a 55" UHD TV with access to Netflix and Chromecast. Wifi is available for all guests. Downstairs, guests will have access to secure off street parking in the double garage and laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. The downstairs living area provides a casual space with sea views and sofa bed leading to the outdoor patio and grassed area. Take in the stunning scenery while relaxing on a sun lounge or take a short walk to Moana Beach via the private access to walking trails. Moana is a safe family-friendly swimming beach with vehicle access and Surf Life Saving club.The space
