Set within a red-brick complex, this light-filled apartment welcomes you with a calm, beachside vibe. The open-plan living area centres around an oversized L-shaped sofa, perfect for curling up with a book or settling in for a movie night on the flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan ensure year-round comfort.
The kitchen is both stylish and practical, with crisp white cabinetry, a full-sized fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and coffee machine. The breakfast bar is a lovely spot for a morning coffee with leafy views, while the dining table suits everything from a working lunch to a relaxed evening with wine. Step outside to your private balcony for a breath of fresh air, or head down to the lush shared garden, a peaceful retreat among swaying palms.
Both bedrooms are restful and well-appointed. The primary offers a queen bed, study nook, private TV, and leafy outlook, while the second features a single bed with trundle, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. A fresh, minimal bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries completes the picture, along with a concealed laundry with washer and dryer.
One on-site parking space is included, with street parking also nearby. Please note the apartment is on the third floor and accessed by stairs only.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
