Summer Breeze—A Coastal Poolside Retreat
Summer Breeze sits on Cliff Street in Glenelg East, a short stroll from the foreshore and an easy walk to the cafes, shops and tram that make Glenelg one of Adelaide`s favourite seaside suburbs.
Step inside to a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area at the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of wine glasses for the evenings ahead. The generous lounge and Smart TV make for comfortable nights in, and sliding the doors open takes you straight out to the private alfresco, where an eight-seater outdoor setting looks out over the pool.
Four bedrooms sleep eight guests, all equipped with ceiling fans for comfortable rest. The king-sized primary has a full-length mirror and a generous wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third and fourth both have double beds. The bathroom has a double shower, double basin and under-sink storage.
A separate laundry room and second toilet add everyday convenience, and self check-in via smart lock, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area, and parking for two on site make for a smooth, easy stay. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
