We are a Country Organisation and will not be sending our employees or Board Members to stay here again. The bathroom had a used sanitary pad in between the bin and the wall and the room just wasn't clean. When I called to try and extend the booking I was told the whole place was full and I could not extend. This was fine, its a busy time in Adelaide at the moment but I looked online and there was to be plenty of rooms available to book. I didn't bother calling back as it was hard enough to communicate with the receptionist the first time; he didn't listen properly to what I was asking and he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Anyway, overall not a great stay and will not be returning.

Very hard to understand staff. Reception hardly open when needed. Bathroom unclean. Tried to add another night and was told they were fully booked however website showed vacancies. Was quoted $35 to bring in an extra bed and then charged $50 for what turned out to be a futon already in the room Have booked our country staff in a couple of times now but wont be again. Its a shame because it looked good on the website.

Modern apartment high up, great views

We stayed in apartment with a balcony and a view to north and the Light Square park. The apartment was modern and comfortable. It could have more plates and glases. Did not bother us, we ate out.

Filthy dirty, checked out within 30mins as not livable. All carpet filthy and stained yet they make you sign a form saying you will be responsible for any marks on the carpet and pay extra to have them steam cleaned. Walls all dirty and marked. Mismatched cheap dirty furniture. Huge floor to ceiling windows you can barely see out off as theyre so dirty. Dirty shower. "Reception" on 2nd floor, minimal signage, just a random desk in the middle of this room. Very unprofessional, should have been a warning sign. No one answers the phone when you call them either.

Convenient location and mostly new fittings, but reception hours were limited and I very nearly missed being able to check in at all, as I arrived just before 6pm after my meeting finished. Similarly, could not check out the following morning at 8am as staff had not yet arrived, and had to hunt for the box to drop off the keys. There were big cracks in the sliding glass doors which let the wind whistle through all night. Bathroom supplies were inadequate - no hand towel, bin or soap dish provided.

The curtains were not covering the windows properly and one room had vertical blinds with a few missing which let the light in, in the morning. The shower had great potential but the sliding bar was broken and it was stuck in a low height making it impossible to wash hair. Beds were firm but ok. Tricky process to check in but staff tried to explain it well with pictures. On site parking was handy $15 pn extra. Huge apartment size and clean. 2 balconies. Street noise considerable on one room.

Great place to stay

Have stayed here several times and it has always been good. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, secure, quiet. This time I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, very comfortable, plenty of room and all the basic necessities. Thankyou very much, i will definitely be back several times more.

very spacious basically in the centre of the city

TV did not work. Parking was easy. We were on the top floor so we had a great view of the Adelaide. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

There is no reception area

There is no reception area. You need to phone to be let in from the 4th floor. The rooms have been heavily cooked in with a food stench I would not recommended this hotel to anyone !!

Ok for the price

The check-in process was a bit strange in that I had to call for them to come downstairs and pick me up. Felt more like someone renting out their apartment than a hotel. Was interrupted with people putting in more furniture, and fixing the oven. The carpets were a bit worn, and walls dirty. It was clear someone had lived here before it had been used as a "hotel". For the price I paid it was reasonable, and the views and location were great.

Comfy & spacious

The overall stay was great! Really comfy beds and spacious apartment. But the only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms light was blown and they gave us a small dim lamp. We stayed over the New Years break and getting ready was a struggle.

The apartment was spacious and easily accessible. The apartment facilities (toilet paper) were not stocked sufficiently for our 6 night stay and no cleaners were through the apartment for our stay The internet connections need to be resolved. When connected it was fast but the number of devices and their connections needs to be clear
