Liked: Check-in, communication, location
There was a scheduling glitch and the owners turned up. We were all quite shocked. The owners were apologetic. They collected some items and left. It was agreed that I would contact them as we were checking out early, if they wanted to stay at their unit. We made sure everything was clean and tidy for them. At the very least, it would've been nice for the agent to get in touch with us to apologise for the oversight. The property is in a good location.
