"The clean room and breakfast are nice. But they charged over rate, even I didn't receive back my $100 insurance yet, and it's happened before that too. Also, they charged extra for parking, even though parking and breakfast are included with the room."

"Don’t stay here if you’re planning to cook your own food. The kitchen had no utensils to cook with at all, no pots or pans, or anything of the sort. Why stay in an apartment that you can’t cook your own food in? It’s pointless."

"Been to this hotel a number of times, it now feels it needs ‘something’ to set it apart from its contemporaries in the same area. Paying extra for a corner room, we found the bathroom was less lux than most other bathrooms in similar properties, no bath, under pressured small standard shower etc. the staff remain awesome, as does the bar but In a saturated Adelaide market, with new hotels planned, despite being a recent addition, the Crowne must adapt & make changes or it will be less favoured."
