"Great location, great faciaities staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with the hotel having both beach and pool, beach is pebble so some may not like that. Highly recommend this place. Only warning is price does not include 15 E per day tax which would be nice if this was included in payment instead of asked for at the end of the stay/ "

"Positives: The hotel is quite nicely situated, outside Rethymno, but with a bus station just in front. It is having direct access to the beach. Its layout is nice, with its small buildings with alleys in between. And it has 2 swimming pools, a poolbar and a nice terrace in front where you can relax after a day at a beach.The staff is very friendly and the prices they practice are decent, but can be better since what you get there is not 4-star level.. "We have had a great time at this hotel. Plenty of great dining options, multiple swimming pools, sea access was great. Perhaps the biggest highlight was the staff, they were lovely and super helpful any time we needed anything. The only slight negative we found was the lack of lactose-free yoghurt, which was surprising given the multitude of options otherwise. It would have been nice to be able to try the yoghurt, but sadly this made it impossible for us."
