"The shower system is broken. There was cold water coming from the shower. When we told the hotel staff, they simply told us to wait longer for the shower water to become warm. We had waited 20 min, but the water was still cold. In total we had to go the hotel staff more than 3 times to repeat that it didn’t work. We wasted almost an hour and the staff were not helping. In the end the employee went to our shower and said we need to try turning it on and off a few times and just patiently...

"Lovely Yolanda was on hand throughout our trip for whatever we needed! The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the pool and gardens were well maintained. If anything went wrong (such as our kids getting sick), Yolanda was only a message or phone call away to offer a helping hand. The area is great also. We had a wonderful trip, thank you!"

"As always Oreo Travel's service is top of the line. We appreciate the quick and friendly response we always get when we contact you- no matter what our question is. We also appreciated the very friendly housekeeping lady (I’m sorry but I forgot her name) and maintenance George who helped us a few times.
