"The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. "So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke."
