They also have glass panels on the bathroom doors that let light in and wake up everyone in the room if anyone gets up in the night."

"The room I was given half was completely soaked due to a leak from the AC or possibly from the carpet being left wet after cleaning. I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."
