In L'Atzúbia, the Country House Casa Rural La Ruta Naranja with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as 6 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. This accommodation features a private outdoor area complete with a pool, garden, open terrace, and three covered terraces. Additional amenities include a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

La Ruta Naranja is a peaceful hilltop hideaway with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Please note that the road leading to the property is unpaved in some sections, so we recommend arriving for the first time before dark. The property is completely off-grid. Supermarkets are about 10 min away by car, located in the town of Pego. The closest village, just 5 min away, offers a few restaurants. The nearest beach is approximately 20 min by car. You can also explore charming Spanish villages within a 30-min drive, and the surrounding area offers plenty of hiking and biking trails.
