"The service was absolutely immaculate from start to finish. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The drinks were expertly made, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had the perfect balance of energy and comfort. Whether you’re going out for a relaxing evening or celebrating with friends, this place delivers an outstanding experience all around. Highly recommended!"

"The first room I was put in had ants crawling in the furniture and carpets covered in dried food. The second room was a bit better, but not great. The elevator was VERY slow or didn’t work so when I had to leave a day early due to an emergency, I had to drag my suitcase down the stairs 3 floors because the elevator never showed after 10 minutes of waiting. I reached the front desk only to be told, “You will be charged extra for leaving early!” I wasn’t asked how my stay was or ever offered a receipt. This was my worst hotel experience ever. "
