Our experience felt that cruise passengers were given preference in room allocation and housekeeping. However, front office addressed our issues immediately, pleased with service efficiency."

"Nice cheap place to stay with good public transport links and staff helpful. We booked a private room for 4 with kitchenette, unfortunately the hob was not working the first night and we could not change rooms. The staff arranged for it to be fixed the next day however so overall would recommend this hotel."

"The staff was fantastic, especially the concierge. Breakfast was great, with many choices. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a pretty view of the fjord. The Top restaurant was wonderful as well, especially our server Christina. We had a great stay!"
