Villa 'Serenity Aegina Fantastic' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Serenity Villa is a unique 165 m² villa set on a small hill in Aeginitissa, Aegina, just a 3-minute walk from an organized sandy beach with a beach bar and one of the island's best tavernas. It offers a fantastic sea view and magical sunsets, and sits in a quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes by car from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika and 10 minutes from Aegina port.



The villa spreads over three levels and sleeps up to 8 guests (plus a baby). The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The large front veranda, with outdoor dining and two wooden sun loungers, faces the sea; the back yard has a stone BBQ and a second dining area.



Upstairs are a double bedroom with TV and a twin bedroom, both with A/C and private balconies with sea views, plus a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower floor has a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a lounge with two sofa beds, a work desk, A/C, a second bathroom and a lovely stone terrace.



Wi-Fi throughout, free parking, washing machine and dishwasher. Beach towels are provided. Families are welcome: cot, high chair, baby bath, stroller, and toys and books for children are available on request. Self check-in is offered for your convenience.



Please note the villa is on three levels with stairs, and a car, taxi or bus is needed for shopping. From here you can easily explore the area: take a boat trip to Moni island, visit the Temple of Aphaia, Saint Nectarios monastery, wander through ancient olive groves, discover pistachio farms, or enjoy fresh fish at the tavernas in Perdika.



House rules: no smoking, no pets, no parties or events. Quiet hours 00:00–07:00. Check-in 15:00–17:00, check-out by 11:00.
