The chalet is located in a cozy and small-scale holiday park, right by the beautiful lake Afritzer See in the sunny south of Carinthia. You will stay amidst a breathtaking setting of mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and vast natural areas. Whether you choose to relax and unwind with a book, or prefer to actively explore the surroundings — you can fully enjoy this place in every season.

Lake Afritzer See is beautifully situated in the center of Carinthia and is known for its clear water and laid-back atmosphere. The well-maintained beach areas with sunbathing lawns, docks, and mountain views make it a delightful place for swimming, sunbathing, and unwinding. Additionally, there are other well-known lakes nearby, such as the Faaker See, Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, and Brennsee. In Afritz am See and surrounding areas, you will find all necessary amenities, including shops, supermarkets, and charming restaurants offering regional specialties.

In winter, the area transforms into a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. About 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, which boasts over 100 kilometers of slopes and modern lifts. This ski area is suitable for both families and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also close by (approximately 13 kilometers away) and features about 50 to 55 kilometers of descents, with impressive views — ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers.
