- Modern & Moody on Monkey Island is a newly completed 4000 sq.ft., lakefront home that sleeps 12 adults+2 kids with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms that includes a bunk room for the kids. Modern & Moody is Located on Monkey Island less than a mile from the Shangri La Resort, Golf Clubhouse, Championship courses and world class dining. The Anchor kids' zone is also less than a mile and features pickleball, basketball, pool, shuffleboard, video games and more! This beautifully designed modern home has an open floor plan with the master bedroom, a guest suite and 2.5 baths on the lower level. The upper level has three bedrooms; two guest suites w/ bathrooms and a bunk room w/ bath for the kids. The owners have equipped this property with premium furniture and all bedrooms have king beds. The bunk room has two full over full bunk beds (4 full beds) and is equipped with video games, board and card games. The outdoor space boasts a huge, covered porch with outdoor kitchen, oversized tv and plenty of premium seating. The extended outdoor entertainment area features a sunken seating area with firepit and hot tub that overlooks the lake with unparallel views!
