"We have stayed here many times an have never had anything except great service!!! Feels like home!"

"I did not like that the parking is separate and you had to scan a QR code to access that sight. The Hotel is family friendly and has great amenities but the pool had so much chemical it burned the eyes. Staff was smiling and very helpful."

"Wasn’t told when and where to find breakfast and not happy that no bathtub bathroom in rooms and shower wasn’t easy to use because you had to stand there and get blasted with cold water until you got right temperature of water!! I was not happy about this!!"

"I tried calling for the shuttle from the airport but never got through. I took an extra bee and the hotel refused to even consider reimbursing me even though I showed them that I had tried to call several times and couldn’t get through. "

"Our room was ok. We've stayed there many times as our grandkids live in inver grove heights. We did notice it wasnt as clean as usual and it was showing much wear and tear. It was so nice and beautiful when it was new. It now seems like its just like a 4 star hotel that we could get in the area for a much cheaper price. We also noticed the pool area was dinge, the water was cloudy and the chairs looked older and dirty. Like i said before we loved the place when we first started going tgere but it seems like nothing is special anymore. We had a great view of the Viking Training area although we are from WI and Packers fans :)"

"We arrived for a weekend at MOA and had chosen this hotel for the proximity to MOA and for the indoor pool. Upon arrival we noticed a sign at the front desk that the pool was under renovation. Obviously this was a huge disappointment as we had purposely booked this hotel knowing this would be an amenity. The front desk team was apologetic but were quick to be defensive about how it was “listed on their website.” Upon further research, it is in fact not clearly listed nor is their a pop up alert when booking to inform families of this renovation and closure. They did give us complimentary Mini golf tickets, but again, we could have stayed at numerous other hotels close by with a pool. "

"Spa was relaxing and parking was easy do to the please driving around bring me back and forth to my car and back to whatever door I was left out of . Thank was really nice and room service "
