My room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was dated but still great value for money. Staff were kind. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was in a nice area, close enough to beach for me. I would gladly stay again, but not sure my wife would agree.

The hotel is a little old fashioned but has its Moroccan charm and sits in attractive square. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Overall it represents very good value.

The resourceful Hicham helped to make our stay an enjoyable time. Special mention to Mohammed, the chef, for making us a delicious tangine for dinner The internet is very weak

I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended.

I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot.

Great value for money

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional morrocan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beach front). We were a 5 minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beach front. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

Dinner was awful overpriced, overcooked chips tasteless sandwich. Taxi booked for 9.45 turned up at 8.00. Room very cold, no heater. I will never go here again.

This is my 6 times staying at New farah hotel, it is in the city centre plenty of good restaurants, the beach is 20 minutes walk, you can take Tax which cost you less 20 Dirham. Staff are amazing that’s the reason I keep gonog back there, Big thanks To SAEED.only one issue the doing road works around but it will finish soon.

I was here before but I found this hotel and the room this time disappointing, especially the bed. Too small with only a sheet. The blanquet was too heavy. WiFi was poor. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Chambre plus vétuste que ce que les photos laissaient entrevoir. Son architecture laisse également à désirer. Je pense notamment à la salle d'eau avec ses portes placées de manière trop rapprochées l'une de l'autre et sa cabine de douche qui n'isole pas assez de sorte à ce que de l'eau ne se répande pas partout sur le sol de la pièce. Peut faire mieux au niveau du ménage. Autant il est agréable de bénéficier d'une professionnelle qui intervient chaque matin, autant le réfectoire est laissé parfois dans un état très moyen. Trop de bruits la nuit également. En tout cas si vous êtes au premier étage. Je retiens quand même plus de positif que de négatif du fait du très bon emplacement de l'endroit mais aussi d'un personnel agréable, serviable, vigilant, réactif au moindre problème. Mention spéciale aux talents du cuisinier.

Excellent emplacement et service agréable

Excellent emplacement, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, pas loin d’un parc et de commodités. Tout est accessible à pieds. Le service est très agréable et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Je recommande vivement l’établissement vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner toujours copieux.
