"Three friends and I rented the Family Room in the Heritage Building to join our other dancing friends for dinner and a night of dancing in the Cooper Room. Check-in was a breeze. The check-in staff was extremely helpful & explained everything. Outdoor parking is free for all hotel guests. Navigation around the hotel can be confusing. The staffs overall during our one-night stay was extremely helpful. The hotel overall definitely needed a lot of upgrading and maintenance as there were buttons missing in the elevators ... the bathroom in our suite had extensive wear & tear including rust in the tub. Security is definitely needed, not only at the entrance to the indoor and outdoor hot tubs but also the guards need to be walking around as my friends and i were very offended by a couple when we were enjoying the indoor hot tub on Sat Oct 3 night between 11 pm and 12:15 am that we cut short the time we spent there as the couple was acting inappropriately around the hot tub. The hotel was short on bathrobes and towels for the hot tubs when we were there. My friends and I had to waste about 15 mins trying to find towels for our use in the hot tub."
