The Space:

Spacious 118 m² villa ideal for family or friends’ holidays.

On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a 160 cm bed and a walk-in Italian shower. You will also find a large bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A utility room with a washing machine is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the villa offers three additional bedrooms: a master suite with a 180x200 bed, a second bedroom with a BZ sofa bed, and a third bedroom with a 140 cm bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.

Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool, a plancha grill, and a pleasant outdoor dining area perfect for meals in the sun. Two private parking spaces are also available.

A perfect setting for comfortable, relaxing, and friendly holidays.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire villa. Key handover is done in person upon arrival.

Security Deposit Required

A €1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings, including Airbnb reservations, via a secure credit card pre-authorization.

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in.

• At that time, you will be able to register your credit card for the security deposit.

• If the security deposit pre-authorization cannot be completed, access to the property will unfortunately not be granted.

Parties are strictly forbidden in the property.



Any noise disturbance, excessive sound, or failure to respect neighborhood rules may result in additional charges and penalties during the stay.



We also reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and require guests to leave the property in case of non-compliance with these rules.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
