Beautiful 3-room semi-detached villa, sleeps 6, comfortable and with a large terrace and barbecue, in a quiet neighborhood.

It comprises: On the ground floor: a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a shower room and separate WC, and a pantry.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC.

Private parking. FREE WIFI - FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED

PLEASE NOTE: Basic linens (sheets, mattress protectors, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries) are NOT INCLUDED.
