Cozy Little Nest Studio with Private Terrace – Perfect for a Seaside Getaway

Perfect for a getaway for two, this welcoming 18 m² studio awaits you in Cap d’Agde, just steps from the beach in a peaceful setting. Enjoy a functional, comfortable space featuring a real 140 cm fold-down bed, a bathroom with a fan heater, and a fully equipped private kitchen. You’ll also find a TV, fan, and heating, including an extra heater for cooler evenings.



Relax on your private terrace in the small garden, offering both covered and open areas—ideal for outdoor breakfasts, sunbathing with a book, or sharing a barbecue after a day at the beach. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away if you want to mix up your activities. From May 1st to June 30th and September 1st to October 31st, breakfast is included to start your days by the Mediterranean right.



Parking is available outside the residence on Avenue des Lavandières.



Please note, the studio is not in the naturist area. To make your stay easier, you’ll have access to beach equipment on site, including a parasol, beach bag, beach games, rackets, ball, frisbee, bucket, shovel, and beach seats.
