Ground floor: Large living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate WC and enclosed garden (250m2 front part with trees and 140m2 facing south). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with WC, 1 terrace with small sea view.
Private parking. WIFI.
SLEEPS: 10 People. max. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: BEDROOM 1: 1 120cm bed. BEDROOM 2: 1 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds. LOUNGE: no beds. Upstairs: BEDROOM 3: 1 140cm bed. BEDROOM 4: 1 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds, access to the terrace.
KITCHEN: 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, 1 large fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV.
SANITARY: On the ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC. Upstairs: bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
