  • Studio 24m² for 2 people, recently renovated, on the 2nd floor with lift, East facing, with sea view and 50 m from the beach.
    With: air conditioning, 140 cm bed, sofa bed, fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave oven. Shower room and separate toilet. Balcony equipped with an electric blind and private parking.
    Ideally located, quiet, close to shops, restaurants and clubs.

    OPTION: Cleaning for 80€

    10% discount on the 2nd week, in case of rental of 2 consecutive weeks.

    Reservation for 7 nights minimum, from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am.

Owner thought of everything from washing machine in the room to liquid soap tissue and all the added amenities. He helped with my luggage coming and leaving. I would definitely use this place in the future again.

This is a great little beach apartment with a wonderful view. It’s efficient and clean. Heliopolis is a good location for daily shopping and a close walk to the clubs in port nature and port ambonne and spas. Didier is a wonderful host and the apartment is find!
