- The villa is located on the ground floor;

- Bathroom with shower and toilet;

- The “Sun Village” holiday residence is gated and has private parking;

- Pets are allowed in your holiday home.



The “Sun Village” residence is ideally located:

- 200 metres from La Roquille Beach

- 900 metres from the supermarket

- 400 metres from shops and restaurants

- 200 metres from the harbour



Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:

- End-of-stay cleaning: 87€

-Sheet package: €16 per bed

-Towel package: €12 per set per person



A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival.
