Whether with family or friends, enjoy this charming house in an exceptionally convenient location: just 1 minute from the beach and right in the heart of the village. A true family home featuring a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and 3 full bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds (upstairs), and one with a double bed, plus a private shower room and toilet. The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped for your comfort: oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner... Travel cot with mattress and high chair (upon request). A lovely shaded garden surrounds the house. Various areas have been set up so you can read or take a nap in peace, eat, enjoy an aperitif, or have barbecues. I’ll be available to answer your questions throughout your stay (via text or phone). Le Grau d’Agde is a charming, intimate seaside resort that has managed to retain its village atmosphere. In the summer, you can enjoy local dishes at its many restaurants. The seaside promenade and the pier are very pleasant. There are many shops, two convenience stores, a pharmacy, a fish market, a butcher shop, water sports, and a carousel for the little ones… You can also stroll through the market held daily in the central square. On Monday evenings, check out the night market on the waterfront. For those who love day trips, you can explore the region’s charms: Sète, Pézénas, the Clamouse Cave, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert… The beautiful, long beach at Le Grau is less than a minute’s walk from the house! The resort is also a village that’s lively year-round. Most of its shops are open even in winter. Visiting during the off-season is very pleasant. You can also come here to relax in the winter—the house is equipped with heating. In short, everything is in place for you to enjoy a dream holiday. You can do everything on foot: the market, shops, restaurants, bars, and walks along the pier and the waterfront. Everything is less than 5 minutes away! If you don’t have a car, getting here is easy. The train goes as far as Agde, and then for €1, the shuttle will drop you off in the village. If you’re coming by car, a parking spot is reserved for you. Park there and enjoy your stay—everything is within walking distance. In just a 10-minute drive, you can also explore the famous resort town of Cap d’Agde.
