Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks) Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to cool us down and also cleaning our sunglasses each day :-) Will definitely be coming back!

The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. Unfortunately, the quality and choice of food at the à la carte restaurants for dinner, particularly for our 2 year old, as well as the general inconsistency of service were below expectations for a five star hotel - especially when you consider the cost of half board. My wife has various food allergies and these were also not particularly well catered for - dishes sent back multiple times and lack of appropriate substitutes offered. To their credit, the management team at the hotel were very receptive to our feedback and are already working on certain improvements; for example a new, healthier kids menu in all 3 restaurants is due to launch next week.

I am also extremely disappointed with Expedia. Their customer service was terrible and they failed to properly help us when we needed them most. Despite explaining the unacceptable conditions at the hotel and providing evidence, we felt that our complaints were not taken seriously and that Expedia simply passed responsibility back to the hotel. As a customer who booked and paid through Expedia, I expected Expedia to stand behind the service they sold and protect their customers when something goes seriously wrong. Instead, we were left frustrated and without a proper solution. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Expedia, and I will think twice before booking through them again.

Great hotel, catering for all our needs. Room was spacious and clean. The food at the restaurants was great and the service, especially by head waiter Nikos, was excellent. I don't know why they don't let pianists like me play the grand piano in reception. A piano is for playing - it's not an ornament!!
