Agios Ioannis Beach

We had such an amazing time at Contessina celebrating our anniversary/my partners belated birthday. As soon as we arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming – we were delighted to be given an upgraded room with a private pool this truly made our trip extra special and we were so grateful for that!! Overall the ambience of the hotel is sooo peaceful, from the well equipped gym, the gorgeous poolside bar and chill areas to the exquisite breakfast. This hotel is a must stay in Zakynthos! We wanted to say a special thanks to Christina at the bar who made the best cocktails and was truly a ray of sunshine to see every day! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance and the beach just a 10-minute stroll away, making it ideal for both dining and relaxation. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleaning standards are impressively high, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment throughout our visit. The amenities are top-notch. The pool area is lovely and provides a perfect spot to unwind. The gym is well-equipped, allowing for a great workout even while on vacation. We were also impressed with the food and drink offerings at the hotel; everything was delicious and fairly priced, adding great value to our stay. The spa options were fantastic, though I highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot. Additionally, the hotel offers friendly transfer services, making our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Overall, this boutique hotel is a gem, providing a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. We can't wait to return!

Gorgeous beach and views. Excellent service from the staff at all times. For all inclusive, excellent food with plenty of choice and branded well-made drinks. We had 4 of the a la cartes (book before you go on the app), they were fantastic. Entertainment from the singers and jazz band was lovely. Excellent wine. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great service!
