We left after half an hour and after they said that we could have a refund due to the situation, they are now refusing. "

"Present from Expedia. Nice and comfy for a day but not a spot we would have chosen ourselves. Right spot for people who like all inclusive, adults only and stick to just the resort. No surprises to be found here besides funny towel voucher system and all day empty taken chairs in the poolarea. Price per night compared to look and feel of total complex and facilities does not add up here. "
