  • “Elounda Panorama” villa is a marvelous luxurious property that offers exceptional accommodation over two (2) levels and is located on the outskirts of Elounda on a hillside, surrounded by the unspoilt and lovely Cretan countryside with direct and unrestricted panoramic views to the bay and the historical islands of Spinalonga and Kolokitha.
    The villa can sleep up to 12 people, with four (4) en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining table with the lounge next to the fireplace, a large game room with a pool table, home cinema, table football and game console, a large living area with two (2) bunk beds and a lounge, bathrooms and a laundry room.
    The spacious living room on the top floor is surrounded by balcony doors that open to the sun terraces with the infinity edge swimming pool and a covered by pergola dining area. The views are remarkable and unique from any position.
    Other features include air conditioning in all rooms, alarm, satellite TV, DVD, amplifier-tuner CD player, Wi-Fi internet and a safety deposit box.
    The villa is built in a tranquil environment and near to all local services, businesses and amenities, 300m from the sea, 1km from the famous resort of Elounda and 10km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, the capital of Lasithi prefecture in eastern Crete.

Lovely villa, worked perfectly for us (two families). The view is jaw-dropping and it's well equipped. Dimitri was extremely helpful. We particularly liked the large games room & gym - great for teenagers to hang out in when they needed a break from the sun. It's just about walkable into Elounda for coffee / dinner etc (although quite steep coming back up!).

Very nice villa, amazing views, steep drive to get there and so not walkable to anywhere. Lots of room, very generous welcome pack. Needs slightly more luxurious furniture- beds sofas etc to make it a 5 star chalet

Séjour très agréable en famille

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables. Deux couples et 4 enfants entre 23 ans et 5 ans. Le complexe est composé de deux maisons + une en construction. Nous avions la première maison donc des voisins en dessus sans que cela ne gêne car c’est bien conçu et bien insonorisé donc avec un peu de respect mutuel tout se passe très bien. La maison est bien équipée conforme à la description et photos et au calme avec une vue magnifique. La petite ville d’Elounda permet de faire quelques courses. L’accueil très sympathique de Dimitris avec explications diverses et panier de bienvenue très apprécié 😃. Les routes d’accès sont très raides, à l’image des routes Crétoises, mais il est possible de contourner une partie pour soulager la voiture 😊.

Amazing views

I cannot criticise the views from the property and upon arrival, we were extremely happy with the location. Dimitris was very helpful and welcoming. There was also a very nice welcome package. The furniture is quite basic and not all in such good condition and we found the bed mattresses much too hard ... some investment in this area should be made. And please buy some patio umbrellas as one was broken and the second in poor condition. The location and route to the villa is very challenging and includes two very steep and uneven climbs. We are a fit family so were able to walk into Elounda but it is not for the faint hearted, or probably those with young children. Taxis cost around 10-12 euros one way. We were disappointed with the description of the villa which states tranquil setting but actually you should be aware that the villa is actually the lowest of a terrace of 3 identical villas, and the upper 2 are under construction. We did have some noise of work taking place but overall wasn't too much of an issue. However, this is not a private villa and ultimately will be overlooked by the upper properties, their terrace being directly above & close ... ie. no privacy. So i highly recommend that any future bookings, you should clarify this situation. On the positive, Elounda is a lovely town, plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes and access to lovely beaches within an easy reach. Car is essential but be aware that the roads are steep & narrow.

Breathtaking views

The villa was extremely nice. Very new, well equipped with breathtaking views. Dimitris and Chrissa are very helpful, kind hosts. They helped us get food delivery and rental cars. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and food which was such a nice touch. The views of Elounda Bay from the pool and deck are breathtaking. You will need a rental car or taxi to get around. If you rent a car, make sure you get instructions on how to navigate the steep and narrow road to get to the property.

The villa has stunning views, every amenity, is spotlessly clean, and Dimitris the property manager was so so helpful with everything we asked for. A wonderful stay - highly recommended!!!
