This 5-bedroom villa (sleeps 10) is thoughtfully arranged over three levels, combining comfort and modern style. The lower ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with TV and terrace access, a double bedroom (180cm bed), a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double), and two shower rooms with WCs. The ground floor offers another open-plan living and dining area with access to the terrace, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, steam cooker, blender, and toaster. This level also includes a cinema room and guest WC. The first floor hosts the master bedroom (180cm bed) with balcony, en-suite shower room, and WC; an open-plan office with kitchenette (fridge, Nespresso machine, and kettle); a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with balcony and separate shower room; and a double bedroom (180cm bed, convertible to twin) with balcony, en-suite bathroom, and WC.
